Sour cream cherry
Sweet and sour cherries, gentle smetana filling - the perfect pie for dessert.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Sugar

    1.3 cup

  • Cherry

    1 cup

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

In warm milk dissolve the yeast, sugar and leave for 10 minutes for the formation of the foam cap. Add salt, vegetable oil, sifted flour, knead the dough. Leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.

The cherries beforehand to remove from the freezer and thawed at room temperature.

To cherries, add sugar, starch, mix well.
