Cooking
In warm milk dissolve the yeast, sugar and leave for 10 minutes for the formation of the foam cap. Add salt, vegetable oil, sifted flour, knead the dough. Leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
The cherries beforehand to remove from the freezer and thawed at room temperature.
To cherries, add sugar, starch, mix well.
Beat the eggs with sugar, add sour cream, beat again.
Roll the dough into a round reservoir, put in a greased round baking dish.
Pour on top of the sour cream egg mixture.
Bake in a preheated 200 degrees in the oven for 40-45 minutes.
