Asparagus with vegetables
a light dinner or lunch. And yummy.....

Ingredients

  • Asparagus

    1 pack

  • Zucchini

    300 g

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Sweet pepper

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Star anise

  • Pepper white

  • Parsley

  • Dill

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    100 ml

all wysuwanie to cut vegetables: zucchini, squash in medium slices, cabbage - chopped, carrots - julienne, onion - finely

asparagus pour warm water until it softens. Drain the water, chop the asparagus and pour the soy sauce for 20 min.

vegetables simmer for 15-20 minutes, until soft zucchini.

after 20 minutes in the cauldron, add the asparagus, soy sauce, garlic, spices and simmer for another 8-10 min.
