Meat
I wanted to cook the meat, but with a rich, rich flavor. And how here to do without my favorite apples, and even spices were from the South. That turned out I have a "Ghost of the South".

Ingredients

  • Pork

    900 g

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Mandarin

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

Cooking

Cut the onion into half rings.

RUB the carrots on a coarse grater.

Cut the apples into wedges.

Take filaki and cut not small pieces.

Repulse. Salt and pepper each piece.

Then fry in sunflower oil over high heat until Golden brown and spread in a cauldron.

Then fry the apples on that fat in which meat was browned. Also put in the cauldron.

Fry the onion and carrots until Golden brown, add to them the tomato paste, slightly diluted with water. Promoseven 3 minutes. Add to the meat, a little more potseluem and pepper. The cauldron with the meat pour 1 Cup of water, not more.

To the meat add the spices.

The meat simmer for about 15 minutes. And in the end put the chopped Mandarin and garlic. Promoseven another 5 minutes and all. Yummy ready.
