1. To prepare the dough for pancakes. Peel the potatoes, rinse

2. and RUB on a small grater (grated 700 g).

3. Put potatoes in a large bowl. Add the egg, milk, sunflower oil, salt, mix well. Then introduce gradually the sifted flour and stir with a whisk or with a mixer.

4. Prepare the stuffing. Fried liver slices placed in the bowl of a blender. Add ham, cut into pieces and garlic, purerave.

5. Finely chopped onion fry for 1-2 minutes in vegetable oil. Add grated on a coarse grater carrots and simmer until transparent bow.

6. Then put the crushed stuffing, butter, salt, pepper, stir and simmer under the lid for 2-3 minutes.
