Wandering in the vastness of the Internet, I came across a very interesting recipe of dough for pies. Why "Fluff&am p;quot;? - you ask. Yes, because the cakes do turn out airy and light as a feather! Try it and you!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Chicken egg

  • Figure

  • Greens

Cooking

Dissolve the yeast in 2 tbsp. spoons of warm water, add some sugar and leave for 10-15 min. before the advent of "cap".

In yogurt, pour vegetable oil (it must be refined). Heat until warm, NOT HOT!

In the warm mass add sugar, salt and mix well. Then add the yeast and mix well too.

Add the sifted flour and knead a smooth and elastic dough (about 7-10 minutes). Put in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.

When the dough came, to divide it into sections and form patties. Filling pies can be any. I had: eggs, rice and greens.

Of this amount works out to somewhere around 20 pies. Pies put on a baking sheet seam side down and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then brush with the beaten egg and send in a well heated oven. Bake until Golden brown.
