Ingredients

  • Olive oil

  • Parsley

    8 sprig

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Pine nuts

    25 g

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Broccoli

    150 g

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Butter

    50 ml

  • Pine nuts

    1 Tbsp

  • Soft cheese

    100 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

For the Pesto sauce put all ingredients in a blender and punch to a homogeneous structure.

Broccoli boil for 5-6 minutes in boiling water, then drain in a colander and immediately place under running cold water, the water needs to drain completely.
