Medallions of veal with potato croquettes
Juicy meat, potato croquettes and cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • Veal

    500 g

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Broth

    150 ml

  • Sour cream

    50 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Potatoes

    700 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

Veal cut into slices with a thickness of 2 cm In a frying pan heat vegetable oil and fry the medallions on both sides. Remove and put in preheated oven.

Leeks cut into rings and fry for 2 minutes. Pour in broth and bring to a boil.

Beat in the sour cream and cream, season with mustard, salt, and pepper. Stew on low heat for 5 minutes.

The meat is then put into the sauce and stew for 10-15 minutes.

Potato croquettes. Onion cut into half rings, mushrooms - stripes. Fry in sunflower oil. At different pans. Then mix the onions and mushrooms and allow to cool.

Peeled potatoes grate on a coarse grater. Salt. Dial part of the potatoes, squeeze water from it and make a pancake.
