Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Mac

    3 Tbsp

  • Apricot

    1 can

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

Prepare the filling. Beat eggs with sugar, add vanilla sugar. Combine with cottage cheese, whisk.

Apricots cut into cubes, add to the curd and add Mac. Stir it carefully. The filling is a liquid.

Mix the flour with the baking powder, add frozen butter, grated on a grater, and sugar.
