Pie chocolate cheesecake with apricots
Easy to implement, quite pleasant to the taste of the pie.

  • Coconut shavings

  • Apricot

  • White chocolate

Turn the oven to 200 degrees. Prepare the detachable form 26 cm in diameter: cut the paper slightly larger than the bottom of the form; expand the form and place the paper on the bottom; close the form, fixing the paper ; grease sides of form with butter.

Enter in the bowl with the dry ingredients, the rest of the ingredients (whey, egg, oil). Quickly mix.

Lay the cheese over the dough part.

Put apricots (without pits), cut up. Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. when the cake is ready there is a pleasant flavor of the cake (the temperature of the finished crumb 94 degrees).

The finished cake remove from oven, put the cut apricots in the chocolate chips, I put pieces of chocolate glaze. Remove from the mould on the grid.
