Description

Cooking
1. Pepper wash, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into slices.
2. Clean the onions and carrots. Onions cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until transparent. Grate on a coarse grater carrots. To the onions add the carrots and soy sauce, sauté until soft carrots.
3. Put the pepper, onion into the blender and blend until smooth.
4. Squeeze the garlic through the press. Reheat in a small pan the butter and fry the garlic on low heat for 1 minute or until the garlic becomes fragrant (but NOT browned).
5. To garlic, add vegetable mixture, ketchup, Basil, a pinch of freshly ground pepper and salt.
6. Pour a thin stream into a puree in the cream, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is smooth.
7. To bring the mass to boil over low heat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens. The consistency of the sauce as sour cream.
8. Remove the sauce from heat, cool slightly, pour into a bowl and add crumbled feta. Crumbled cheese, you can stir in the sauce or chop blender.
9. To serve this sauce can be warm or chilled with toasted, crispy slices of bread. This sauce perfectly complements meat, fish, vegetable dishes, chicken, side dishes,.. and give them the necessary flavors. Bon appetit!
