Cooking
Prepare the products.
Coarsely chop the sorrel.
In a heated pan pour vegetable oil. Spread the chopped onion. Fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add soy sauce "Kikkoman" and 2 tbsp sugar.
Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat.
In a small saucepan, pour 100-120 ml of water. Add 1/2 tsp of salt. Bring to a boil.
Put in boiling salted water chopped sorrel. (It is more convenient to lay small portions.)
Cook the sorrel for 2-3 minutes.
Add fried onions, remaining sugar and salt. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Buriram mass in a blender.
Puree strain weight through a sieve. Let cool a lot.
Add chopped garlic, chopped dill, black pepper and red. Mix well.
