Cooking
Zucchini remove skin and coarsely chop.
Finely chop Chile and garlic. Onion cut into half rings.
The tomatoes I had, and fresh and canned.
Finely chop bacon. Bacon need quite a bit, if only he gave a fragrant hint of smoked meats.
Heat the oil and add the onion, garlic and pepper. Fry for about 5 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly.
Then add the zucchini and bacon, fry together for another 5 minutes.
Now it is the turn of tomatoes, spices and salt.
Last is beans. Mix well, it needs more salt if necessary and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.
