Our required products.
Potatoes cut into thick washers. There are two variation of cooking potatoes. First fry the potatoes in deep fat, the second bake.
I often choose the second option and therefore mix the potatoes with butter and thyme and baked in the oven at temp.200 deg for about 20 minutes.
Finely chop the onion and garlic, heat the oil and start to fry the onion with garlic for about 5 minutes.
Then add the minced meat and fry further. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with oregano to taste. Cook for about 10 minutes.
Then add tomato paste. I remove the stuffing and put it in the center and sprinkle with sugar. Fry the tomato paste for a couple of minutes one better reveals the taste of the tomato. Then, all together, mixed and fried together.
Pour hot water, dilute one tablespoon of flour with water and add. Now comes the turn of potatoes. Bring to boil, it needs more salt to taste if necessary, and boil under a cover on slow heat for about 8 minutes.
