Recipe from the book Deli "About rice and cereals", let me quote from the book. "Americans love any pancakes - wheat, corn, rice. Respectable Housewives cook them for Breakfast and served with fruit jams or maple syrup. And suddenly here's this unexpected recipe spicy pancakes -so eat them in Seattle (there were then no Asian influence)." I slightly changed the recipe to suit your taste. I loved it!
