Goulash Scotch
In Scotland the herring is called the "silver darling". And not for nothing, herring - healthy and tasty fish. Today we fish day!

Ingredients

  • Herring

    400 g

  • Buckwheat

    3 pack

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

Cooking

Boiling water salt, throws bags of buckwheat Unground TM Mistral and cook for 20 minutes until tender.

Cut onion into half rings, put in a saucepan, add the butter and keep on heat for 3-4 minutes until soft. While fried onions, cut into cubes herring.

Add the flour to the onions and fry for a minute.

Pour 1/2 Cup of water and stir thoroughly.

Add ketchup, stir and simmer 2 minutes until thick.

After 2 minutes add to the skillet herring, stir, add salt, pepper to taste. Add the remaining water. Do medium heat, cover and simmer 12-15 minutes until tender.

For a couple of minutes until cooked add to the stew lemon zest.
