Roast chicken liver with rice
Very simple and quick recipe that is called "While cooked cereal", even faster. And very tasty, I tell You. Vegetables can be any and every time a new taste. Welcome aboard!!!

Ingredients

  • Figure

    2 pack

  • Chicken liver

    400 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Green beans

    2 handful

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Basil

    1 pinch

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

In boiling salted water to put the bags with rice. Close the pan with a lid and cook the rice on low heat.

During the time while cooking the rice, prepare the fragrant roast. Chicken liver cut into pieces of 3 cm

Heat vegetable oil, put the liver and fry over high heat for 3 minutes. Caution! the liver "shoots"!

In the same pan put diced onions, cook 1-2 minutes, then diced Apple (optional), chopped green onions, green beans (or carrots, or bell pepper). Cook for another 3 minutes.

Return to the pan the liver, add the paprika, dry Basil, salt and pepper, pour in 2-3 tbsp of water and cook on high heat for 3 more minutes.
