Fricassee of fish with mushrooms
Stew - a popular dish of French cuisine. In fact, it is stew in white sauce. Do most of chicken, meat, but there are options of fish. Offer you easy to prepare, flavorful, almost diet dish which can be cooked while cooking the side dish, which is very convenient in the country.

  • Lemon juice

  • Dry white wine

  • Capers

    1 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    0.5 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.5 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    2 tsp

Take the rice bags from the Mistral by the number of "eaters". I chose a mixture of aquatics rice Mix parboiled long grain and wild. I really like Supplement wild rice, as it has a low glycemic index, and it is allowed to eat in diabetes. Put the tea bags into the boiling water and cook for 30 minutes.

While cooking the rice, take the cleaned, cut into fillets white fish. I have a Pollock. Cut into medium-sized pieces, pour 1 tbsp. of lemon juice and sprinkle with salt, stir.

In a pan melt butter, put flour, saute for 2 minutes.

Add dry white wine and fish broth (or water), bring to a boil.

Put sliced mushrooms (I cooked), mustard, capers, lemon zest, lemon juice (2 tbsp.). Simmer for 5 minutes.

Put the fish, salt as needed, sprinkle with freshly-ground mixture of peppers. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes on low heat.

Disconnect the fire. Whisk the yolk and put into the fish.

Ready rice in a bag, take out the plug and drain the water. Take a deep dish, as dish liquid. Halfway through cooking rings lay figure.

Around the rice, put the fish in the sauce. Serve immediately hot. Bon appetit!
