Marinated and baked trout with vegetables
The recipe of this fish very often helps me, because the fish can be marinated in advance and then quickly cook it. This way I cook any red fish, mostly trout, but today will use the char. Fish turns out very tasty, juicy and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • Trout

    1 kg

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

Here are all the necessary products.

Fish clean, wash and cut into 4 or 5 portions of the piece.

Prepare the marinade. For this finely chop the garlic.

Cut the chili pepper.

Combine olive oil, garlic, salt, mustard and pepper,

Mix well the marinade and drop fish into it. Trying to get the whole fish was covered with marinade.

Optionally add grass. Today I added dry Basil. You can add coriander, etc. it's not for everybody.

Cover the fish with cling film or a lid and put in the refrigerator. You can marinate in the morning and in the evening to cook or prepare in the evening and bake in the morning, in General, all as needed.

Chop the vegetables, fish is more juicy and in the end we get a full dinner with all the trimmings. But you can cook without vegetables, too, it turns out very tasty.

Put the vegetables on the foil, on top of a vegetable pillow lay the fish. Wrap the foil and put in oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
