Roast pork in a fur coat
Very tender and juicy pork at the expense of crisp. And the sauce - marinade "Teriyaki" from "Kikkoman", unusual spices and the breading gives it an amazing taste. The recipe author, was created through trial and error.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Vegetable oil

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    0.25 cup

  • Parsley

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Oat flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour soy

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

Pork wash, cut into pieces thick 1 cm to Fold into a bowl, add soy sauce "Teriyaki" from "Kikkoman", grated garlic, turmeric, sour cream, water and mix well. Let stand for 20 min.
