  • Mustard

  • Garlic

  • Lemon juice

  • Vinegar

  • Leg of lamb

  • Sauce-marinade

    3 Tbsp

These are the basic ingredients.

Meat /I have a fairly large lamb shoulder weight 1800 gr./ on all sides pour sauce marinade from TM "Kikkoman". Let it soaked while we are doing other things.
