Muffins sweet
Gentle, soft, very fragrant muffins with chunks of white chocolate custard covered with meringue.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Orange zest

    2 tsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • White chocolate

    20 g

Cooking

Butter to grind with sugar.

Add sour cream and stir.

To the flour add baking powder, vanilla sugar, sift into the egg mixture and stir.

Divide the dough into two parts. In one part add cocoa, stir.

Add grated on a coarse grater chocolate.

In the white dough, add the orange zest and stir.

Molds for muffins to fill the white dough on top of the dark. The form of grease, not silicone grease.

Bake in a preheated oven to 180C for 25 minutes.

Prepare custard meringue. Beat the eggs in a water bath, gradually adding the sugar 5 min. to Remove the ing and beat another 3 minutes.
