Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Nuts

    60 g

  • Oat flakes

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    40 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Vegetables wash and dry. Eggplant and zucchini cut into thin slices, bell pepper cubes.

Eggplant fry with sides until light Golden brown

Put ready eggplants in portions molds for baking, salt.

Then fry the zucchini and spread in a mold on top of the eggplants, salt them slightly.

Pepper fry, add soy sauce and put in molds, and then on top place the slices of tomato.

In the bowl of a blender put the nuts, oats, pour in the oil and season with salt to taste.

Grind into crumbs.

Spread the resulting crumbs over the cups. Bake in the oven at 180 grams, about 20 minutes.
