Salmon steaks with sauce smoked
Fragrant juicy steaks salmon marinated in Teriyaki sauce, lemon and spices with light creamy mustard sauce!

Ingredients

  • Chum

    500 g

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Dill

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

Steak sprinkle both sides with spices Forester for fish.

Put the steaks into a small container and cover with Teriyaki sauce.

On top lay the sliced lemon. Leave to marinate for 40 - 50 minutes.

For the sauce, heated the cream in a saucepan, add the mustard, salt. Stir, to boil not to bring. When the sauce starts to thicken, remove from heat add red pepper, dill and a few drops of lemon juice. The sauce is ready.

Chips soak as instructed on package. Pour on the coals.

Fry the steaks on both sides in a pan -grill Forester until tender. Served hot with sauce.
