Turkey kebab in a spicy marinade
The Turkey itself is tender and juicy, but after the marinade from the pineapple syrup with the garlic, it just melts in your mouth. And what a spicy alluring scent is obtained from kebab.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    2 Tbsp

  • Syrup pineapple

    150 ml

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

The Turkey cut into cubes of medium size.

Garlic RUB on a small grater.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper with lemon (can be black pepper, but a little less).

Add the pineapple syrup from the jar.

Add marinade, cover and put into the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Strung meat on skewers.

To fry a shish kebab from Turkey on the grill, turning constantly. Prepared quickly, 15-20 minutes.
