Cooking
The Turkey cut into cubes of medium size.
Garlic RUB on a small grater.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper with lemon (can be black pepper, but a little less).
Add the pineapple syrup from the jar.
Add marinade, cover and put into the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
To fry a shish kebab from Turkey on the grill, turning constantly. Prepared quickly, 15-20 minutes.
