Casserole of rice with zucchini roses
Festive serving the usual full meals. And, of course, with a twist. Help yourself, my good!!!

Ingredients

  • Figure

Cooking

Boil the rice. I used basmati rice from TM Mistral. I added a little for the color of saffron.

Clean the squash from the skin. And slice with a vegetable peeler for the slices.
