Cooking
Well whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar...
Add softened butter, sour cream. Well whisk.
Take an overripe banana and make it a puree. Mashed potatoes it is desirable to do immediately before use, otherwise it will darken.
Add the banana puree to the egg-oil mixture. Mix well.
In the end add flour with baking powder and knead the dough. The dough will be as sour cream of average density.
A baking pan (I used a springform with a diameter of 20 cm, number of the test more and don't need) lay a baking paper (or foil) and grease with butter. On the bottom of the form pour 2-3 tbsp of maple syrup and brush to smear on the bottom of the form.
Take two not big bananas, cut them in half and put on the bottom of the form cut down.
From top to pour the dough and put in a preheated 150-160 degree oven. Bake until tender 40-50 minutes. The time depends on the oven. My pie was slightly more than an hour.. you Should try it on a toothpick or a match. If you stick it in the cake take out and it's dry, meaning ready.
The finished cake immediately soak in maple syrup (just 2-3 tbsp). Allow to cool.
The cooled cake to turn on a dish and re-grease maple syrup.
Here is the pie in the cut. The finished cake will not be fluffy. In the middle it will be somewhat wet and heavy. All this because of the banana puree added to the dough.
