Pancakes stuffed with cream sauce
Ah, those wonderful and familiar pancakes. As they are not only served and that they are not wrapped! Offer another pancake option. Pancakes turn out very tender and with a creamy taste.

  • Soft cheese

  • Beef liver

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

    165 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Milk

Of these products are going to prepare.

Make batter of milk, eggs, sugar, flour. Add the soda at the tip of a knife vegetable oil. Bake pancakes in a frying pan.

Liver with onions skip through Mincer and fry in vegetable oil. Cook rice until soft and mix with the liver. To the stuffing add 7 tbsp of Bechamel sauce and stir.

For the Bechamel sauce: fry the flour in butter, add gradually the cold milk. Stir it very hard, to avoid lumps. Salt, pepper, add nutmeg.

Stuffing our pancakes and put in a baking dish. On top pour the cream sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
