Baked pancakes with spinach
I really liked the flow of the pancakes. Good idea for a dinner party.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    0.25 l

  • Water, carbonated

    0.125 l

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spinach

    750 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Bacon

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

  • Parmesan

    100 g

That's what we need for cooking.

Bake pancakes. Mix all ingredients for the dough. Heat skovorodko and bake for 6-8 pancakes, depending on size.

Put cool.

Making the filling. Spinach wash well if necessary, clean. Blanchere about 2 minutes. Drain off water, drain well of liquid.

Then coarsely cut.

Fry bacon with onions, garlic, add the spinach and fry some more. Salt, pepper, season with nutmeg.

Spread the filling on the pancakes.

Wrap in roll each pancake and cut into 2-3 pieces, depending on the height of the molds (I have three, and even 4 part of the cut).

Distribute the rolls over the cups (I did 6 cups), sprinkle with cream (on the mold for approximately 0.5 tablespoons of cream give or take), sprinkle with grated cheese.

Put in a preheated 200 degree oven (if blowing, then to 180 degrees) for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is browned.
