Crispy fish sticks
Juicy fish on the inside, crisp on the outside!

Ingredients

  • Fish

    300 g

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    2 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

Fish fillet cut into sticks, I got about 3x7 cm Salt.
