Fish fillet cut into sticks, I got about 3x7 cm Salt.
Pieces of fish dipped in egg, then in cereal.
Again dip in egg, then roll in flour.
Fry in hot oil on both sides until Golden brown.
Serve with your favorite garnish or sauce. I have a useful seaweed.
