Cottage cheese-rice casserole
I love all things sweet and milky. This recipe I suggested to a friend and probably a cook. The combination of rice and cottage cheese, raisins, sour cream - and I want to return to childhood. Invited to tea.

Ingredients

  • Lemon peel

  • Sour cream

Cooked rice porridge. Washed rice put in boiling water, cook for 10-15 minutes. Then add hot milk, salt, sugar and cook until tender. Porridge to cool.

Ready weight I divided in half. Top missed sour cream. Baked in the form (24 cm), greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, 30-40 minutes, 180 degrees.
