I love all things sweet and milky. This recipe I suggested to a friend and probably a cook. The combination of rice and cottage cheese, raisins, sour cream - and I want to return to childhood. Invited to tea.

Cooking
Took a pic of Mistral Kuban. It is ideal for cereals.
Cooked rice porridge. Washed rice put in boiling water, cook for 10-15 minutes. Then add hot milk, salt, sugar and cook until tender. Porridge to cool.
Cheese, egg, sugar (I used 2 dessert spoons) grind.
Add raisins and again mix well.
Add the rice and lemon zest, mix well
Ready weight I divided in half. Top missed sour cream. Baked in the form (24 cm), greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, 30-40 minutes, 180 degrees.
Blend sour cream, cream and powdered sugar.
To coat the cake, cover with second and coat with cream sides. The rest of the cream, I added food coloring and decorated the cake top, sides sprinkled muesli with pieces of fruit. Swans of mastic, was made of candy marshmallows.
