Oatmeal-wheat pastries with a filling
A very unusual pastry, combine oat and wheat flour. And even with two types of jam, hand-made!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Yeast

    30 g

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Vanilla essence

    0.5 tsp

  • Cognac

    2 tsp

  • Jam

    6 Tbsp

  • Butter

  • Chicken egg

    100 ml

To start prepare the yeast. Mix them with 50ml of warm water, add a couple teaspoons of sugar and flour. Leave in a warm place until the appearance of fluffy foam.
