Carp at home
For this recipe you can cook any large river fish. The recipe is simple, but the fish is stunning with a gorgeous crispy crust. With this dish a regular dinner with the family become the occasion.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    0.25 piece

  • Spices

    1 pinch

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Potatoes clean and cut into small wedges. Put in refractory form, pour oil, salt, pepper to taste. Stir.

Fillet wash, dry and sprinkle with lemon juice, lightly sprinkle any spices for fish.

Lay fillet on potato skins up. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 200 C for 20-30 minutes.

Mix mayonnaise with soy sauce.

Smear this mixture in the crust of the fish and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
