Beans with pork and vegetables
Easy, very tasty and super fast. Meat, vegetables, beans, a perfect symbiosis in combination with soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    200 g

  • Beans

    1.5 cup

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Broth

    100 ml

Pork fillet cut into thin strips. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix soy sauce, lemon juice and 1st. L. Rast. oil. Add meat, Lightly "massage" right hand. To leave aside.

Carrots grate on the Korean grater, the zucchini cut into thin strips, onion rings, garlic finely chopped. Beans I boiled (I boiled the beans in a large quantity in advance and freeze, use as needed). You can also use canned beans, drain juice and rinse.

After 3-5 minutes add zucchini, tomato paste, garlic and herbs. Fry a little, pour the remaining broth and 1st. L. soy sauce.

Saute about 5 minutes, add the beans, stir, adjust salt and spices, leave for a few minutes and turn the heat off.
