Cooking
Rinse meat, Pat dry with paper towels.
Cut meat into 4 pieces, put in a non-metallic container.
To prepare the marinade, mix the cognac, sesame oil and soy sauce
Garlic cut into slices. Pour meat marinade, add garlic, leave to marinate at least 1 hour, preferably overnight. Meat should be turned so that it is evenly marinated.
To get the pork from the marinade, remove the garlic, strain the marinade. Put the pork on the grill (or baking sheet) and bake in preheated to 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. The meat is then flip, brush with marinade and bake another 20 minutes, or until the juice will not be quite transparent.
Ready meat you can optionally add honey, cool slightly and serve hot with fresh vegetables or cold as meats.
