Cheesecakes with cherry sauce
Very delicious cheesecakes with cherry sauce. The sauce can be made from any other fruit.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    600 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Cherry

    300 g

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

To prepare the desired products.

Curd grind with sugar.

Add eggs, mix well.

Add the flour and stir.

To form dough that's such balls, roll in flour.

On preheated sunflower oil, put cheese cakes and on small fire to fry until Golden brown.

Flip and fry the other side.

Prepare sauce: Dissolve the starch in 100 ml of water.

I took the canned cherries, I came up with 300 g of cherry and about 150 g of juice from the cherries. Put the cherries in a pot, pour juice and add another 50 g of water (liquid should be 200g) and add sugar, bring to a boil. Pour the starch, stir and remove from heat.
