Wheat noodles with pumpkin and ginger
Toothpaste is simply amazing product. With each new sauce appears to light a whole new dish. At that time prepare a sauce from pumpkin, ginger and lemon.

Ingredients

  • Noodles

    350 g

  • Pumpkin

    400 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

Onion, garlic and ginger peel and finely chop. Ginger can be grated. Saute them in sunflower oil until transparent.

Add the pumpkin, diced. Fry together for five minutes. Then add the chilli and soy sauce from Kikkoman. Cover and simmer on low heat until cooked pumpkin. Depending on variety, time need 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

At the end of quenching add in the pumpkin and lemon juice and mash it with a fork into a coarse puree. The amount of lemon juice can be changed according to your taste

Mix the noodles with the pumpkin puree and serve. You can sprinkle chopped cilantro and pumpkin seeds.
