Delicious potato cutlets with a sauce or! Sauce makes an interesting touch to this simple and budget dish!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Sorrel

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Sorrel

    0.5 coup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Vegetable oil

Here are our ingredients.

Peel the potatoes, boil until tender, allow to cool slightly. Mash into a puree. Sorrel wash, finely chop half of the beam (I sliced, then slightly crushed in a blender).

Add the sorrel to the mashed potatoes, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

To form small patties, I hands slightly moistened with water. Sprinkle with bread croutons and fry in small amount of vegetable oil on both sides.

While frying the cutlets, prepare the sauce. The onion and chop the sorrel. In a saucepan fry the onion in a small amount of vegetable oil until zolotisty.

Add cream, to evaporate. Salt and pepper to taste.

Add the sorrel to the sauce. Boil for 2-3 minutes. The sauce is ready!
