Cooking
Peel the potatoes, wash.
Cut into thin slices. Rinse and dry.
Along with the potatoes to fry it in a pan in vegetable oil until almost cooked.
Season with salt to taste. Not much to fry.
Lubricate the form of oil (I made the parchment).

Grate cheese on a grater.
Pour evenly over the potatoes.
Break the eggs that they lay a neat layer on top of potatoes and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour them so that you could see were the yolks. On top drizzle with brandy.
Put in a preheated 190°C oven for 7-12 minutes.
