Potato casserole with eggs
"Gratin d oeufs Boulanger". In particular, one of the classic French appetizers are "eggs recipe for molochnicy" (oeufs a la boulangere) -- here is their something and prepares Fritz Brenner. It turns out hearty, pretty and very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Butter

    5 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Peel the potatoes, wash.
