Cooking
For this recipe we will need 1 Cup of rice "Aquatica Wild Rice" TM Mistral.
In boiling salted water, add rice and boil until almost cooked.
We will need half a chicken carcass, I always own home.
It must be cut into small pieces.
Fry the chicken in hot olive oil to the pan, salted and pepper, turning occasionally, until Golden brown.
Add the finely chopped garlic, oregano, rosemary, sage, and pour the wine.
Simmer for about 15 minutes.
Add broth, tomatoes in juice and simmer for another 15 minutes.
To the chicken add rice and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
All you can bring to the table, garnished with leaves of sage. Bon appetit!!!
