Chicken with ham, cheese and rice
Soft tender chicken meat combined with aromatic filling of cheese and ham that will melt your heart and satisfy your stomach! A mixture of two different in shape, color and taste of the rice is a great side dish for chicken.

Ingredients

Pour the mixture into the pan with water in the ratio 1:2 and bring to a boil. Then tightly cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 30-35 minutes, until the rice absorbs all the water. Remove from heat and leave the lid on for 5-10min. To preserve nutrients are advised not to wash the rice after cooking. For flavor in the cooking process you can add saffron or lemon juice.

Chicken fillet clean from the tapes, cut lengthwise into two plates, not dorezaya to the end.

In cooked rice add the soy sauce, you can add butter. Chicken fillet cut into pieces, place on a platter and serve with rice. To this dish I added a sauce of cranberries. Bon appetit!
