Red mullet with tomatoes and olives
This recipe came across on the Internet. Very much, and since fish is a frequent guest on our table, so now I cook and other fish.

Ingredients

  • The mullet

    500 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    300 g

  • Olives

    1 cup

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

  • Red onion

    1 piece

1. The fish is cleaned, cut along the back and open like a book. Well dry with paper towels and season with salt-pepper, roll in flour.

2. In the pan much heat half of the oil, fry the fish for a minute at first from the meat, then the skin, put aside.

3. Tomatoes cut in half, olives cut into.

4. In the pan add the remaining oil, put onion and fry a couple of minutes, then tomato, olives, fry for about 3 minutes. at the last moment add the Basil, fresh, soy sauce, pepper and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
