Gratin of green beans
Another recipe from the series "How to feed a family without much difficulty". ;) It is very tasty and the maximum benefit!

Ingredients

  • Green beans

    600 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    700 g

  • Capers

    30 g

  • Mozzarella

    180 g

  • Dutch cheese

    70 g

  • Dry white wine

    120 ml

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Oregano

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

Cooking

Cooking products.

Peel and wash carrots, celery and onion. Cut everything into cubes.

Scald the tomatoes, remove the skins, chop.

Beans wash and peel, removing the vein.

Cook for 15 min with salt, drain the water.

Sauté the carrot, onion and celery a few minutes in butter.

Add the wine and tomatoes.

Simmer for about 20 min.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the bottom with tomato sauce and lay a single layer of beans.

For beans place a layer of tomato, a little mozzarella and a few capers.

Repeat the layers.

Finish with a layer of tomato sauce and sprinkle with oregano and grated Dutch cheese.

Bake for about 20 minutes and serve.
