Shrimp in sweet and sour sauce with rice Oriental
Bright, spicy dish in an Oriental style. Very delicious, try it ;)

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    350 g

  • Pepper

    200 g

  • Pineapple

    200 g

  • Tomato paste

    100 g

  • Ketchup

    50 g

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Lemon juice

    30 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    80 ml

  • Figure

    400 g

  • Carrots

    50 g

  • Zira

    0.5 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Green peas

    50 g

  • Water

    0.5 l

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chili

  • Green onions

  • Cilantro

Cooking

Shrimp fry in 40 ml of vegetable oil,

Add sliced pineapple and sweet pepper, pour tomato paste mixed with ketchup, lemon juice and sugar.

Cook 4-5 minutes, remove from heat.

In the remaining oil fry the chopped cubes of carrots.

Pour rice, I have Indica Gold TM Mistral,

Fry for 2-3 minutes, add turmeric and cumin, mix well. Pour water, bring to boil, cook covered for about 20 minutes.

Add green peas, mix well.

To warm up a couple minutes and remove from heat.

Rice put on a plate, add the shrimp in sweet and sour sauce, sprinkle with chili pepper, sliced green onions and coriander leaves.
