Cooking
To make the shortcrust pastry: chop the butter with flour into crumbs and add the egg yolks, knead the dough, roll into a ball, leave for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Prepare the filling: chop the onion and fry in butter until soft, cool, add cornstarch, cheese, salt, pepper, mix well.
Prepare the sauce: mix eggs with cream, sour cream, mix and add cheese, mix well.
