Chocolate orange nut cake
Don't know about you, but for me always need some kind of very important occasion, so I baked a Cake! A birthday, the holidays... it is winter time, frost! The sun is shining! Beauty! What a wonderful world. How many good and kind people we meet along the way! And I decided to bake a cake for all kind and warm people! Thus for you, my favorite cooks! Just like that! For no reason! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Walnuts

    200 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Cocoa powder

    35 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Orange

    3 piece

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

Oranges, cover with water, bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes. Drain the water, pour clean water and boil for another 30 minutes. Drain the water.

The finished cake cool slightly in the form. In a separate saucepan bring to boil the cream. Remove from heat, add chocolate and stir until chocolate is completely dissolved.

Still warm the cake in the baking pan, pour the chocolate glaze. Try to glaze slightly dripping and edges. Put the cake in the refrigerator until cool. I stood on the balcony for 2 hours.
