Beef in cherry sauce
Beef inđija-fried in a sour cherry sauce.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    3 piece

  • Cherry

    0.75 cup

  • Soy sauce

    150 g

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato

Beef pour soy sauce and leave to soak for 30 minutes.

After 15 minutes turn the pieces so the sauce is absorbed on both sides.

Wrap each piece in foil and send in the oven (180 deg.) on 40 minutes.

To prepare the sauce in a pan, put cherry, add the meat juice (from foil), sugar, gravy Browning.

Stir, bring to the boil, add the beef and cook, turning occasionally, until the sauce has evaporated and will not turn into frosting.
