                            Beef pour soy sauce and leave to soak for 30 minutes.

                            Wrap each piece in foil and send in the oven (180 deg.) on 40 minutes.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            To prepare the sauce in a pan, put cherry, add the meat juice (from foil), sugar, gravy Browning.
