Description
This recipe has now become one of the most my favorite recipes. Due to the properties of clay pots, the taste of food is saturated, and the flavor pronounced. I often serve this pork for the holiday table. And today, our first family's anniversary (the wooden wedding), I decided once again to please her husband!

Cooking
Pork cut into cubes.
Cut onion into rings then fry it until Golden brown.
Carrot three on a small grater.
The potatoes cut the same cubes, but not finely.
Tomato, pepper and onion mix in a bowl. To them we add the ground pepper.
Next, begin to put the ingredients in the pot in layers: Meat-Tomato mixture-Potato-Mork AVI-Meat-Tomato mixture to the Potatoes. Put potatoes on a small piece of butter (for each pot). At this stage I put salt (on top of potatoes), because now we're going to pour the boiling water and wash them with salt in the contents of the pot. So... boil the Water and pour 70 ml to each pot. Greens finely chop and sprinkle on top (so the smell was more intense). For those who love cheese crust: sprinkle top of cheese content. (I put cheese at the end of cooking, after removing the pots from the oven; once sprinkled with cheese back in the oven for a while). Close the pot lids.
Put the pots in a COLD oven and gradually increase temperature to 220 degrees. (In order for a clay pot is not cracked). Cook 1 hour and 15 minutes
Decorate with the fresh herbs!
Served to the table hot! Bon appetit!
