Cooking
In one bowl mix the dry ingredients: flour, yeast (instant dry yeast "SAF-MOMENT"), sugar and salt.
In another bowl mix the liquid ingredients: the milk, hot water, egg, vegetable oil. The temperature should be 30-40 degrees.
Mix between liquid and dry products. Put in a warm place to rise for 1 hour covered with a towel the bowl.
The dough becomes thicker and is covered with bubbles.
Take fillet of smoked salmon, I salmon, chum salmon, cut into very small cubes. Also cut into rings spring onions.
