Braised cabbage with vegetables
I love my family stewed cabbage. Because recipes it know a lot. This, it seems, was not yet. Though it's simple, but delicious.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    0.5 plug

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Green beans

    100 g

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Spices

Cooking

Carrots and onions clean. Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Cut onion finely.

Fry in vegetable oil.

Shred the cabbage. Daughter loves this, so I cut squares (or something similar).

Add to the pan, mix well.

Zucchini clean, grate on a coarse grater.

Also add into the pan.

Add green beans (I had frozen), mix well.

Dilute the tomato paste in a glass of water.

Salt. Season with your favorite spices. Cover the vegetables with water with pasta.

Simmer until tender (about 30 minutes).
