Mushrooms defrost (I already sliced), pour over boiling water, squeeze. Onions finely chop, fry until light Golden color and add mushrooms, soy sauce TM Kikkoman, salt, black pepper, chopped Basil. Fry until the liquid is evaporated. At the end of cooking add the garlic
